To ensure your items reach you within our 6-12 business day shipping window, our team begins processing orders within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

  • Processing Phase: If your order has already been processed by our warehouse (typically after the initial 24-hour window), we may no longer be able to cancel the shipment.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Since we offer Free Shipping to the United Kingdom, the logistics process is automated to ensure efficiency.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 30-day return process to receive a refund. Please do not refuse the delivery, as this may delay your refund processing time.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

If your cancellation is successful and confirmed by our team:
