At Pretise, we strive to deliver high-quality Cloth to our customers across the United States/ Canada as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States/ Canada. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure your items are handled with care, we follow a two-step fulfillment process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 6-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to external courier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within the United States / Canada, applicable taxes are generally included at checkout. However, Pretise is not responsible for any additional customs duties, fees, or import taxes that may be applied by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretise is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@pretise.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date so we can assist you in investigating the matter.
